The Helioscopie research and development department

Helioscopie’s core activity is the creation of implants that meet the needs of patients and that participate in the development of treatments and surgical techniques.

Helioscopie’s Research and Development department actively works with medical teams that are experts in their fields to design innovative implants that meet the demands of product performance and patient safety.

The Research and Development department works in an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality environment, which is evaluated annually by the G-MED organization, and participates in obtaining the CE mark.


Helioscopie has an internal team that starts operating as soon as the need and related manufacturing methods are defined and continues until the product has been clinically and industrially validated.


In addition to the knowledge of biomaterials and manufacturing technology, the expertise of the team includes the fields of industrial property, regulations and compliance with standards that form the basis of product success.
