GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

These provisions apply to any person accessing thevwebsite www.helioscopie.fr (hereinafter “the Site”). Any visitor to the site www.helioscopie.fr  is deemed to accept the present provisions governing the operation of the Site. HELIOSCOPIE reserves the right to modify these provisions at any time, and at its sole discretion.

Intellectual property rights

The Site, as well as all of its content, including in particular information, texts, photographs, graphic charters, videos, sounds, logos, drawings, models, diagrams, analyses or others, are the exclusive property of the company HELIOSCOPIE and/or or its customers.

Any use or reproduction of the elements referred to above, in whole or in part, by any process whatsoever, and on any medium whatsoever, is subject to the prior written agreement of the company HELIOSCOPIE and/or the owner(s) of the item(s) in question. Any unauthorised reproduction constitutes an infringement, sanctioned by the Intellectual Property Code.

Hyperlinks

The responsibility of the company HELIOSCOPIE cannot be engaged because of a link present on the Site, referring to a third party site. Third-party sites remain completely independent of HELIOSCOPIE, which has no way of controlling their content. The existence of a link between the Site and a third-party site does not in any way mean that HELIOSCOPIE approves in any capacity whatsoever the content of said site and a fortiori the use that could be made of it.

The hypertext links present on the Site, and referring to third-party sites (in particular those of our partners) are clearly identified, and have been the subject of information and/or prior authorisation from third-party sites. Upon written request from natural or legal persons who own third-party sites pointed to by our Site, HELIOSCOPIE undertakes to remove from the Site any hypertext link concerned. This request is made via the contact e-mail present on our site.

The HELIOSCOPIE company authorises third-party sites to use a hypertext link to return to our Site, subject to the prior written agreement of HELIOSCOPIE. In any event, HELIOSCOPIE does not examine, control, approve or be responsible for the content, advertising, information, products, services or other elements available on or via these external third-party sites.

The information on the Site does not constitute legal, accounting, commercial, tax or financial advice; which require the analysis of a particular case by a professional.

The opinions expressed by visitors on the Site, or on third-party sites pointed to by the Site (in particular on social networks) are the sole responsibility of their authors. The HELIOSCOPIE company declines all responsibility for the opinions expressed by visitors or by any other person and can in no way be held responsible for them.

Availability of the HELIOSCOPIE Site

Visitors to our Site acknowledge that technical problems – inherent to the means of transmission on the Internet or to the maintenance of computer systems – may occur and cause the total or partial temporary unavailability of the Site.

HELIOSCOPIE may, at any time, and at its sole discretion, modify or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the Site to carry out maintenance operations and/or make improvements and/or modifications to the Site. HELIOSCOPIE cannot be held responsible for any modification, suspension or interruption of access to the Site.

Jurisdictional provisions

The Site and its content are governed by French law, and any dispute relating thereto will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
